The term “Sounding The Organs” is not just a poetic sounding phrase. It is a practiced and practice-able technique of the body whereby the quality of tone in an organ can be listened to and felt. By shifting our awareness to the life of the organs we can bring their energy into physical and verbal relief. We can sound them out.
We might start by sending sound in, by wrapping the mouth and throat around the sounds of hissing and humming. If we invert that vibratory force and give it fingers we might imagine it massaging the organs, we can begin to press sound into the bloody body until in-sanitary sound is sicked back out.
